The "New Right" doesn't argue facts, they rely on appeals to emotion. They don't disagree with ideas, they attack the person instead. These people are happy with their "Breads and Circuses," and aren't about to let anything as pithy as "facts" get in their way. The quandry remains how to solidify what is left of the progressives with the "true conservatives," in such a way that it finally "bursts the dam" wide open. This must be so totally incontrovertible that mainstream media can no longer aford to dismiss or ignore it, and the carefully constructed facade so many have clinged to can no longer be supported.
